Speaking your Language - We write bespoke scripts and perform them either on DVD or live for your management team or staff.  Having signed a non-disclosure agreement, we will prepare with you special company trademarks and language, where appropriate.  Each will reflect your company style.

We work with the Plain English Society and we’ll demonstrate to you and your staff the power of ‘saying what you mean, and meaning what you say’.  The reaction we had at Compaq in 2000-2002 when we demonstrated this concept was astounding. We will also, with your express permission, review the letters your staff sends to customers. You will be amazed at how much difference it makes to your business when people concentrate on respectful, simple language.

“No Complaints”... actually, it’s very healthy to have a few complaints. Thank goodness people complain; it helps to make sure you can keep them as customers. We’ll handle all your complaints, if you wish, or better still, coach your staff from scratch (by role play and acted sketches), give you a tool to work through complaints and turn them to your advantage. Having managed complaints for 14 years with three Corporates, one of the team has all the experience you’ll need. An essential component to ISO accreditation, complaint handling is an art, which we’re happy to share with you.

Is your Sales Team Working for you?”... We’ve seen so much wasted time and effort from Sales Teams and - unless they’re competitors - you can only cringe! This is not a checking-up or name-and-shame course; it does not humiliate. It’s a thorough check on time allocation and customer relationships.
